Nathan Mikita is a creative producer and marketing leader specializing in hospitality and brand storytelling. He began his career at Rever Networks and later served as Digital Marketing Manager for the 50 Eggs Restaurant Group, leading content, video, and digital strategy across multiple restaurant concepts. He later launched his own creative agency, Three Cheers Creative, bringing a production-first mindset and deep industry insight to help brands connect with audiences through clear, authentic storytelling.
Trevor Sell is a former Management Consultant with extensive experience in Data Analytics, Financial Modeling and Market Forecasting. He has worked for a diverse range of clients—from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to tech sector startups—across industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, Investment Banking and Hospitality. As a co-founder of Hy-Level Consulting, he serves primarily in a managerial capacity but is available to assist clients with advanced market research needs, transactional M&A support, commercial strategy and other business advisory services. Trevor hold dual BAs in Chemistry and Biology from Cornell University, a Master’s degree in Business & Science from the Keck Graduate Institute of the Claremont Colleges, as well as a JD from Roger Williams University School of Law.
